Ask the Google App
There are so many fascinating stories hidden in our everyday life, and all you need to uncover them is to ask the right question. With the new Google App, you can ask any question on the go using Voice Search. In order to spark people’s curiosity and get them asking Google questions of their own, we posed contextually-relevant questions in all kinds of places.
Featured in Fast Co's Most Innovative Companies: "Most notably, 72andSunny’s work for Google shows off what the agency can do when unleashed. Its "Ask the Google App" campaign—in which frequently asked questions are woven into New York City landmarks such as Top of the Rock and Brooklyn Bowl—displayed Google’s utility in a real-world context."
#1 in Adweek's Brilliant Outdoor Ads That Rocked the Real World: "It was truly inspired work, and it was great to see a giant company like Google doing such joyfully detailed advertising work on the ground."

NYC OOH
Social Media / Digital
While in OOH we spent a lot of time figuring out the right place for a question, on social we wanted to pose questions at the right moment.
We used our social media platforms to create queries that were related to current cultural events or topical subjects.
Using print in relevant magazines, we posed a string of questions to tell a stories about food, travel and fashion.
Real Time Banners
(New York Times / Washington Post)
During the launch we created a live banner "war room" in the New York Times and Washington Post. Queries in the banner were written in real time to coincide with current headlines and breaking news.
